Session description

Marketing, trade and sales have traditionally operated in their silos. Playbooks developed by marketers rarely reach the sales representatives in their intended shape. Trade plans and promotional schemes are rarely made available to sales representatives in time. Significant incremental revenue and margin can only be unlocked when marketing, trade and sales teams work seamlessly. Join us to discuss and share experiences, challenges, best practices, and the way forward to making this happen.
