Session description
Much of the buzz in retail is around knowing consumers in real time and the promise this holds for transforming both the industry and the customer experience across channels. The amount of publicly-available information consumers are sharing knowingly and unknowingly is a goldmine for retailers. This session will provide a holistic approach to devise relevant, personalized offers, products and services to consumers. This is based on their ‘consumer DNA’ – at the right time, place and channel. Join industry experts along with leading retailers who have established consumer-centric retail operations by driving a comprehensive rethink of every aspect of their business.
