Karsten Ötschmann has more than 20 years’ of experience in Management Consulting and IT Consulting especially within the Manufacturing Industry. Over the last 4 years he managed the substantial growth of Infosys Consulting Germany in his role as Managing Director. Since November 2015 he took over the Consulting Segment Head role for Manufacturing in Europe within Infosys Consulting. He is acting as trusted Advisor for global Business and IT Transformation programmes as well as Operational Excellence and LEAN Enterprise journeys.
Sourish Chatterjee | Associate Practice Engagement Manager, Infosys
Sourish Chatterjee has 17 plus years of industry experience spread across plant management and supply chain operations in large multinational Manufacturing corporations and then in IT across both product and consulting services companies in the area of Business Intelligence, Analytics and Big DATA.
Sourish has experience in BI Applications product management, creating BI strategy and Roadmaps for clients, running large BI and reporting customer programs and supporting early adopter Analytics and Big DATA proof of concepts. He is a passionate believer that Data can become a competitive advantage in the manufacturing world and brings together his manufacturing domain and analytics technical knowledge to stitch together new innovative use cases for unlocking value from Data.
Currently Sourish is responsible for the sales of the “Data and Analytics” (DNA) service line for the core manufacturing vertical for Infosys in continental Europe and UK. He is based out of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
Nampuraja Enose | Principal Consultant, Advanced Engineering Group, Infosys
Nampu manages the innovation initiatives focusing on the adoption of emerging technologies in the asset-intensive industries, which involves co-creation engagements with the clients and the academia. He is responsible for the Industry 4.0 initiatives, enabled by the convergence of IT and OT (operation technology) in cyber-physical systems, where Infosys has strategically partnered with the FIR (Institute for Industrial Management) at the RWTH Aachen University in Germany. He brings 15 years of research and industry experience. Prior to Infosys, he was an Engineering and Design manager with ABB Limited. He is an active participant in conferences and forums, and focusing on efficient management of assets and their associated performance.
