Narsimha Rao
Senior Vice President and Head of Independent Validation Services, Infosys
During the last 14 years, Narsimha (Narry) has played multiple roles across units and is experienced in a number of mainstream IT service lines. He has been instrumental in making the Hyderabad center the top exporter in the state and the best managed center within Infosys for five years in a row. He was elected to the president body of the HYSEA, where he played a crucial role in policy formulations, academic collaboration, and ensured that the industry continued on its growth despite political volatility.
Shishank Gupta
Associate Vice President – Independent Validation Services, Infosys
As one of the founding members, Shishank has played a major part in setting up the Independent Testing unit at Infosys. In his current role, he is responsible for service innovation, competency development, alliances and partnership development, and analyst interactions. He holds a patent for his ‘Test Unit Estimation’ model, an industry-first in sizing testing effort.
Naju D. Mohan

Naju has an extensive background in software development, testing, building testing solutions, and leading large ERP implementations and software testing teams. She has a wealth of experience in supply chain implementations, and has been a part of the design and implementation of the OLTP and data warehouse systems. Naju also has in-depth expertise in leading solution teams for developing end-to-end testing platforms, test automation solutions for data warehouse, model-based testing solutions, and test data management.
