Webinar Overview

Customers across the world are expanding their use of cloud services that include an array of cloud types, from private to public, across a broad set of business processes and functions – such as customer care, sales, and even ERP. As enterprises access services via clouds, they are confronted by a broad set of challenges like:

  • Meeting critical security and compliance factors
  • Ensuring that they can identify best-in-breed providers
  • Integrating and orchestrating across all cloud environments (private, public, on-premise)
  • Having a holistic view of their cloud resources and utilization

All this, in addition to multiple points of procurement within an organization, make it critical for enterprises to control their cloud resources, effectively.

This webinar will examine factors that both the U.S. and European enterprises find significant in shifting the delivery of IT services and associated business processes to cloud-based environments, and address some of the unique differences between customers across these two regions. The webinar will also provide insight into what enterprises must do to maintain control along their cloud journey while providing the flexibility needed by all stakeholders to ensure competitive advantage.
