Manish Barmecha, iEngage Product Head, showcases the enhanced Employee Engagement platform and the new Social Commerce platform.
Bryce Williams is an IT Social Collaboration Consultant with Eli Lilly and Company. He is responsible for implementation, adoption and business consulting for social collaboration capabilities within the enterprise. Bryce has accelerated Lilly's journey towards a more transparent information culture via demonstration, an early adopter pilot, introduction of new enterprise-wide capabilities and, integration of key business activities into open collaboration environments.
Bryce has over 12 years of IT Business Consultancy/ Project Management experience at Lilly. He is a member of The 2.0 Adoption Council and The Community Backchannel. Bryce has a bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis from Miami University and an MBA from Butler University.
Kevin Jones leads the internal social media strategy for NASA's Marshall and Goddard Space Flight Centers. He has vast experience in the field of Performance Improvement and Learning. Understanding the potential of E2.0 in these fields, his focus over the last few years has been to use social and collaborative technology to increase employee performance.
Kevin delivers conference keynotes and speaks at conference sessions, helps people understand the importance of the current culture changes and how E2.0 can be a part of their overall Performance Improvement strategy. He is also the CEO of ChallengeVault.com
Michelle Lavoie has been working at EMC Corporation for the last ten years, with many years spent in Education Services. Her most recent role as Enterprise Community Manager affords her the opportunity to serve more than 29,000 registered users of EMC's internal social networking space, EMC|ONE. Her support ranges from education, engagement, functionality, and ongoing strategy development and implementation.
Michelle has a master’s degree from the State University of New York.
Dhiraj Mukherjee leads the Strategy and Adoption practice for iEngage Digital Consumer Platform team, based in London. At Infosys, he has advised major iEngage clients on social media marketing, employee engagement and iEngage platform adoption. Dhiraj has worked with clients in a number of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and manufacturing.
Prior to Infosys, he was Digital Director at Bauer Media where he led the Innovation team in building and launching social media products. He was previously co-founder and Director of Shazam Entertainment, a mobile music identification service which has over 75 million users worldwide. Dhiraj has 12 years of experience in the digital space, and has a BA in Mathematical Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
Manish Barmecha is Head of iEngage Product Management at Infosys, and drives product strategy. He has held leadership roles in product management and strategy at Demandware, an eCommerce SaaS company, and at Art Technology Group (ATG). Prior to joining ATG, Manish was a Senior Associate with McKinsey & Company where he served Global 2000 clients in software and services, on strategy and marketing issues. In addition, he has experience in software product design and development, and project management.
Manish holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA (summa cum laude) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lawrence University.
