Data Strategies for a 360-Degree Customer View
Creating a 360-degree customer view has become a base requirement for strategies around client acquisition, cross-selling and customer satisfaction. Asha Patki is a Principal Architect with Infosys Technologies. She has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Of these, she has spent 10 years in architecting, developing and managing Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence related solutions. She has led, architected & delivered EAI & B2B solutions in a near real-time ODS environment. Her experience spans the Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare and the Semiconductor industries.
