Prashanth Prabhakara has over 10 years of industry experience and provides consulting services in ITIL process assessments and process design engagements to various clients in the Europe and the US. He has been championing the Cloud Consulting practice within Infosys. He delivers talks on ITSM and IT services at premier business schools in India as a part of campus connect.
Prashant holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in business administration. He also has to his credit, the ITIL Master certification.
