Session Description
This session focuses on key ITIL principles for Cloud lifecycle management to provide true value of an enterprise Cloud infrastructure deployment. Cloud computing has changed the face of IT. Enterprise IT customers are finding the self-service, pay-as-you-go model with instant deployment value very appealing. While the demand for publicly available Cloud infrastructure is on rise, organizations are also looking at building internal Cloud capabilities. There's a growing list of vendors and service integrators eager to help organizations deploy an Enterprise Private Cloud. Beyond technology building blocks, there are key ITIL design principles that should be used in right proportions to build and manage technology components of an Enterprise Private Cloud.
