The session discusses how Infosys proposed the Hub and Spoke implementation model for Microsoft Dynamics Navision, a light weight ERP solution at Toshiba India Private Limited (TIPL). Infosys’ model helped TIPL seamlessly integrate with Oracle application at Toshiba Corporation.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV realized benefits such as an integrated ERP application that drastically reduced manual errors, increased ease in administration due to minimized local barriers such as language and time zones, improved local accountability, efficient performance due to application running on local servers with smaller user counts and low Total Cost of Ownership.
