As organizations look to stabilize and grow during downturn, a new "lean" business approach is gaining importance. With executives focusing on achieving "more with less", the result is an environment in which efficiency and flexibility is crucial. However, as companies strive to reduce long-term costs, they are facing short-term issues such as slow time-to-market, inefficient process requirements and high initial investment costs.
In response to these issues, Infosys partnered with Sterling Commerce to develop IOMPlus – a Multi-Channel Selling and Order Management Business Platform. It delivers transformational value with significant efficiency and flexibility benefits. IOMPlus merges domain, process operations, and technology, leveraging Sterling Commerce’s industry-leading applications and Infosys BPO’s expertise. It improves revenues with optimized selling costs and provides technical and financial flexibility across the selling process.
Join Anantha Radhakrishnan and Peter Bendor-Samuel as they highlight perspectives on the evolving needs of selling. Find out how multi-channel commerce can deliver significant value in difficult times.
