Infosys Awarded Golden Peacock Global Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance 2020

Bengaluru, India – February 17, 2021: Infosys (NYSE: INFY) won the coveted Golden Peacock Global Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance – 2020, under the IT category. The Golden Peacock Awards, instituted by the Institute of Directors (IOD) is regarded as a benchmark of corporate excellence.

Infosys was evaluated across the range of corporate governance initiatives undertaken, and for amplifying the significance of governance within the organization. The award validates the collaborative and inclusive style of ethical management adopted by the company.

This year, the Golden Peacock Secretariat had received over 204 nominations, out of which, after careful scrutiny, 87 applications were shortlisted for final selection through a three-tier assessment by independent assessors and finally by a grand jury.
