Forrester has named Infosys as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Application Modernization and Migration Services, Q1 2024, authored by Bill Martorelli, Principal Analyst, Forrester Research.

Forrester evaluated 15 most significant services providers across 25 criteria covering the current offering, strategy, and market presence. Infosys ranked among the top two in the strategy category and top three in the current offering category while also receiving the highest score possible in the innovation, global delivery strategy, talent strategy, and 12 other criteria. Additionally, Infosys received high marks from reference customers for its ability to execute across modernization and migration tasks.

Infosys is recognized as a leader and cited for its broad range of assets related to service delivery and vertical industry solutioning.

The report states that Infosys is a good fit for most modernization and migration opportunities, especially in the area of application reimplementation within its existing installed base and in the banking sector. Infosys has strong services capabilities including COTS, legacy capability, support for advanced teaming models, managed services, and database migration. The report notes employee education and training as another area of strength for Infosys.

The report states that Infosys’ services connect into its vision of being “AI-first,” an aspirational state in which enterprises armed with knowledge and data-enabled insights can adapt rapidly to changing business conditions.
