Azure Managed Operations
Azure Managed Operations
Infosys takes a structured approach while incorporating Azure best practices for cloud operations to realize the benefits of cloud such as reliability, scalability, availability, and cost. Our services adhere to well-established frameworks such as ITILv4 to ensure the highest level of process compliance. Infosys delivers Azure operational services with processes, controls, and best practices embedded within its Infosys Polycloud platform which leverages Azure native tools and selected third-party tools.
Operations Service Catalog
Our cloud operations service catalog is built around a cloud adoption framework and addresses the needs of basic and advanced cloud operations requirements.
Azure baseline operations: This covers the basic needs of the cloud infrastructure and platforms.
Azure enhanced operations: This addresses the special needs of cloud workloads. Enhanced baseline operations provide the below services (in addition to the baseline services mentioned above):
To support agile working and DevSecOps operating model, we deliver Azure managed services in SRE based operating model. Towards this, we help enterprises navigate from their current process-centric tower-based model to a cloud-native, “service” centric operating model with SLIs and SLOs.
Infosys managed services for Azure take a policy-driven approach and policies are implemented as code. This ensures consistent implementation and timely remediation in case of any drift.
Infosys offers a tiered service model with four service categories. The service levels are well-defined with a transparent pricing model. The Azure resources will be placed in the right category to meet the expected service levels.
Infosys has reference architecture and implementation blueprints for operations which would be used to define the toolset for managed services. Infosys will seamlessly embed the tools that are required to deliver the managed services in a single commercial model.
