- Conducted project introduction and planning sessions with all major Business Units, participating teams and leads at the start of the project and locked down the Global Migration Schedule.
- Custom Migration planner with built in validations was created for the project that helped with site wise user/PC data validation, scheduling users, custom equipment and communication needs.
- Custom migration tool created with optimization for data transfer and end to end automation implemented for app installs, migration and post migration validation and configurations.
- Remote user post login activation process automation created to allow remote users to set up their PC while not at an office location.
