The Infosys Microsoft Practice's AI Center of Innovation (CoI) offering is a forward-thinking partnership designed to catalyze enterprise-wide intelligent automation through AI. We initiate with strategic ideation sessions focused on defining key work streams and aligning with the CoI's objectives, followed by a rigorous process of problem statement refinement and solution design. This structured approach promotes close collaboration between client AI teams across engineering, data teams, and platform operations teams, ensuring solutions are meticulously tailored to specific business requirements.

The AI CoI functions as a dynamic innovation hub, utilizing cutting-edge Copilot or AI Agent frameworks and technologies to rapidly prototype and develop intelligent solutions. Challenges & Solutions

With the Infosys Center of Innovation, we will enable a structured team to create synergies across the organizations existing teams across IT, business, engineering, etc., ensuring there is no fragmented work within the AI initiatives across the organization.

The Infosys CoI will also collaborate and work closely with the teams to focus on strategic AI roadmap definition, ideation of AI use cases, advisory and Proof of Technology to enable better understanding of potential of AI as well as the right fit tech stack to be used in context of the enterprise needs and vision.

As part of the Center of Innovation, the teams will also focus on rapid prototyping creating Proof of Concepts & Proof of Value to demonstrate success and arrive at measurable business outcomes and keep up to date on the latest offerings within the AI ecosystem and its resultant impact on the existing implementations.

The CoI also intends to achieve increased user adoption and engagement with continuous show and tell, pilot usage of AI, success playback sessions with business and IT teams and detailed workshops across personas.

Creating assets that are relevant and repeatable are also important, and the CoI will work on joint IP building, creating and maintaining a suite of use cases to scale in context of the business ensuring reusable agents and extensible AI.
