Client’s existing report database was enormous in volume, which increased the time taken to load and refresh individual reports. Backed by our offerings under Infosys Cobalt, we helped the client upgrade to Microsoft Project Server Online (MSPO) ,thus allowing them to reduce the loading time of the reports and the operating expenses.

Seamless Migration to Project Server Online
What did we do?
- Modified peripheral systems/ connectors to function as-is in MSPO
- Modified project add-ins to support the custom ribbon functionality in MSPO for Microsoft Project professional
- Enabled the movement of all the macro files, tables, reports from Project on premise to MSPO
- Re-designed 20 SSRS reports using Power BI, with in-built datasets for small data and SQL approach for larger datasets
- We used FluentPro for migration to Project Server Online which helped in migrating all the objects and content without any glitches
- Migrated 289 active projects along with the required attributes from PS 2010 to MSPO
- Migrated 1662 archived (Closed) projects to MSPO
