Welsh Water recognized the need to transform it’s IT services from technology, reliability, flexibility and cost perspectives. Infosys was selected to help Welsh Water transform their core IT with an Integrated Service Management Platform for collaboration and user engagement. The service management processes were harmonized, ensuring ITIL best practices were benchmarked and subsequently deployed to enhance ServiceNow as a single IT Service Management platform across service providers.
