Michael further mentioned on how Infosys assisted Follett re-platform 1500 sites in under a year, branding them by universities, enabling them with technology, and supporting infrastructure. In addition, helping them enhance their in-store shopping experience with Infosys’s state-of-the-art POS system, ushering in an experience driven strong domain knowledge, and best practices in retail.
