Infosys and Follett: Making the future of education happen, now!

In this video, Michael Flaherty, VP, Technical Services and Operation talks about how Follett’s strategic partnership with Infosys has helped them transform, from an old state college bookstore company to a dynamic and constantly evolving education service provider. He spoke about Infosys’ facilitation to rapidly update and renew its offerings, making them a key e-commerce player in a booming online education industry.

Michael further mentioned on how Infosys assisted Follett re-platform 1500 sites in under a year, branding them by universities, enabling them with technology, and supporting infrastructure. In addition, helping them enhance their in-store shopping experience with Infosys’s state-of-the-art POS system, ushering in an experience driven strong domain knowledge, and best practices in retail. The similitude of both Infosys and Follett’s focus on education, Design Thinking, and continuous learning has helped resonate this vision for Follett.
