LEAP! Transformation Leader ( Paris, France) - 2002 & 2003
Relocated to Paris headquarters to work directly with CEO in design and implementation of a three-year transformation effort. Effort increased gross operating profit, improved penetration in several new industries, and increased win rate by 20%. As part of Phase II, led re-branding and positioning campaign, instituted a company-wide sales effectiveness program, and launched a leadership excellence program.
Vice President, Global Leader of CRM Service Line - 1996-2002
Integrated sales, marketing and customer service capabilities into global service line. Built practice into what Gartner recognized as a market leader, with several thousand practitioners worldwide. Oversaw all aspects of the business, including: partner management, thought leadership, sales, knowledge management, alliances and offer development. Oversaw research portfolio and operations, and co-authored Harvard Business School Press book called Customer Connections (nominated as Financial Times/Booz, Allen business book of the year).

Initiated company's annual Key Client Workshops, and led pioneering work in Customer Franchise Management. Youngest Vice President in firm history.
