Abstract:

As health care is gearing up for the next phase of the digital wave, the definition of the "provider" has changed and extends beyond physicians, clinicians, and health professionals. The provider data management has been traditionally focused on episodic care, but the industry's shift towards value-based care has changed the definition and added new data challenges. Health plans and payer organizations are unable to collect and evaluate provider information across the university, local authorities and provider directories.

Inaccurate data on the provider puts millions of patients at risk costing billions of dollars. Further provider enrollment is scarcely automated, causing an absurd amount of waiting time and poor onboarding experience for the provider resulting in lost revenue for both payer and provider.

Join Infosys and Salesforce blockchain team in a discussion to design best in class provider experience on Salesforce, simplified application capture process, contracting and credentialing on Salesforce blockchain to reduce the onboarding time and capture accurate data on your doctor
