The objectives of the ERG are enumerated below:

  • To create a safe and inclusive workplace for employees
  • To recognize the choice of individual to be ‘self’ and enable them bring their whole selves to work
  • To promote education and learning on sexual orientation and gender identity
  • To foster an inclusive workplace through implementation of non-discrimination policies at workplace


Awareness programs and events are held to foster inclusion. To create a culture of appreciation for all, we have hosted a learning series, celebrated important milestones and shared personal stories through human libraries and blogs. Interviews with experts and famous personalities from the community are hosted on InfyTV. We also organize industry roundtables for sharing and learning from the practices adopted by various organizations for the inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Pride month celebration

PRIDE 2020

June is celebrated to recognize the impact LGBTQIA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer and other gender minorities) people have on the world. To mark this month, Infosys celebrated Pride Month 2020. The celebrations included leadership talks & Blogs from across the board.

  • Infosys Hyderabad, India celebrated the months by conducting various engagement activities, i.e. Rainbow Dressing, Paint for PRIDE, watch movies on PRIDE. In India, various units contributed to the inclusion journey by sensitization mails/ Quizzes/ Puzzles/ Panel Discussions which were very well received.
  • Infosys USA, organized a webinar on ‘LGBTQ+ Spotlight Panel of Industry Leaders’.
  • Apart from these internal celebrations, we were also a reward partner & participating organization in the unique #21 Days Ally Challenge organized by Pride Circle. We grabbed the 17th spot out of 108 participating companies.
