Digital and Physical Accessibility at Infosys Limited
We are committed to providing an accessible workplace, with continuous efforts to enhance both physical infrastructure and digital accessibility.
Workplace Adjustments: We provide appropriate adjustments, including assistive technologies and support, to ensure accessibility and enable an inclusive work environment for all employees.
Our Development Centers (DCs) offer accessible transportation for easy campus commute, along with infrastructure and tools such as manual and motorized wheelchairs, comfortable workspaces at every workstation, screen readers, and other assistive technologies based on individual needs.

Digital Accessibility - Accessibility Lab
The Accessibility Lab as the name suggests is a treasure trove of learning on ‘Accessibility.’ All resources in the lab is hosted in a dedicated space in our DEI Channel on LEX, and is contributed to by practitioners at Infosys.
