Infosys implemented a modern HR platform by deploying the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Our solution offers a convenient employee experience in the HR ecosystem across recruitment, administration, and payroll. It leverages SuccessFactors modules of Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, and the Workforce Planning solution.

Our team undertook a business blueprint exercise to understand existing business processes and system requirements. It enabled us to match K-12 business scenarios with SuccessFactors' out of the box offerings and design product extensions to meet unique K-12 needs such as concurrent employment, position management, annualization, deferred pay, and other payroll-related complexities.

We ensured superior data collection and de-risked data conversion by deploying proprietary tools such as the Infosys Data Services Suite (iDSS) and PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors Accelerator for advanced data analytics.
