The client, a trendsetter in the automotive industry, aimed to revolutionize car ownership by introducing an all-inclusive subscription model. This new offering required a significant transformation of their financial infrastructure. To achieve this, they partnered with Infosys Consulting to implement SAP S/4HANA as their new financial backbone.

The client had an ambitious goal to launch this innovative subscription service in five new markets within a tight 12-month timeframe.
