Situation
Our client is a leading consumer healthcare company. The company was looking for an enablement partner to help with implementation, adoption, monitoring, and improvement of a responsible AI roadmap initiatives for three years across eight key areas:
- AI vision, strategy and roadmap
- AI policy and principles
- AI use case inventory and RAI risk assessment
- Governance and tools
- Control mechanisms
- Culture, people and building capability
- Contracting and procurement
- External and public affairs
Solution
- We were responsible for implementing the end-to-end AI risk management framework compliant with ISO 42001:2023, NIST AI RMF and EUR AI Act.
- Our team analyzed all existing and incoming in-house and 3rd party procured AI apps/tools/use cases to identify technical and legal risks associated with them and advised necessary mitigation steps.
- Our team built organizational awareness, fostered responsible AI usage, and drove adoption through targeted education (persona wise AI trainings).
- Our team standardized repository of RAI assessments with automated workflows to enable consistent risk management across AI projects in a One Trust platform.
- Our team completed AI risk assessments for 100+ tool/use cases/apps in a very short duration across R&D, procurement, legal, marketing, sales, supply chain, HR, etc.
- Our team also worked with the client procurement team to include AI clauses in SOW, and terms & conditions within contracts.
