Improved efficiency of housing complaints process for UK local government

Situation

A local government organisation in the United Kingdom had recognised that GenAI is a transformative technology and wanted to deploy it. They engaged with us to understand where that value could be unlocked and to build a pilot to prove the value.

Solution

We analysed potential use cases based on value-feasibility assessment.

• We picked the most promising use case based on all the analysis concluded that it was the right area to build this Proof of Technology / Pilot.
• Data Security & Compilation: We developed a solution that enabled the use of OpenAI's LLM technology while ensuring sensitive data remained within the organization's infrastructure. All systems were configured to process data securely.
• Select The Right GenAI Model: We tested various GenAI models and, based on the results, chose OpenAI's ChatGPT-4 model for the pilot.
