Automating manual processes

The client was looking to eliminate manual processing of trade approvals and provide their administrative team with a single cognitive platform to enable approval/ rejection, automate contract signing, and ensure the appropriate placement of documents for auditing.

Infosys Consulting delivered a trade contract management solution to automate contract approval and signatory workflow, enable end-to-end audit capabilities, and provide intelligence to identify locations for signature and storing electronic copies post-signature.

Increasing efficiency

Our client was looking for a portal for field traders to capture contract drafts easily and see the list of drafts already captured and check their status, to increase the efficiency of submit contract confirmation in a standardized matter and eliminate manual outlook entry and email exchange.

Our client was dealing with a heavy manual process using Excel to gather trades information coming from several trading platforms. They needed to automate and facilitate a robust application for a smooth trade reconciliation process.

Infosys Consulting embedded AI capabilities to automatically read and compare the trade details against PDF documents. Thanks to the process automation with BI and AI, a team of nine can accomplish tasks that would previously require 15, boosting productivity by 60% since 2020.
