Infosys named a ‘Leader’ by IDC in Asia/Pacific Salesforce Implementation Services 2020 Vendor Assessment
In a recently conducted study, IDC assessed ten leading Salesforce services providers in the Asia/Pacific region on the strength of their current service capabilities and their ability to scale Salesforce adoption with a sound growth strategy. Infosys was named a ‘Leader’ after a thorough assessment based on IDC’s stringent evaluation criteria.
The IDC MarketScape evaluation is based on a comprehensive and rigorous framework that assesses vendors relative to one another based on specific criteria. It also highlights the key factors that contribute to short-term as well as long-term success.
