The report highlights that Infosys has consistently increased its coverage area in the Salesforce ecosystem globally and in APAC. Additionally, with the acquisition of digital and CX agencies, Infosys has strengthened its agency & CX transformation capabilities in the region. The report further emphasizes that Infosys has fostered a collaborative relationship with Salesforce and has jointly innovated solutions at the product level, including return to work, vaccine management, and industry-specific solutions in manufacturing, education, and sustainability.
