CTS Corp. embarked on their digital transformation journey with an aim to reduce operational risk, drive business efficiency, optimize spending and costs, improve the enterprise connectivity and analytical capabilities. They wanted an ERP that would enable them to grow, be competitive by being agile in supply chain with required reporting and with real time decision making.
