Infosys awarded SAP Leonardo Partner Medallion
SAP has announced the launch of the SAP Leonardo Partner Medallion Initiative at the SAP Global Partner Summit during SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference 2018. This initiative is a channel program to simplify how SAP partners develop solutions using emerging technologies such as machine learning algorithms and blockchain databases.
As an industry leader, Infosys has invested in building digital solutions that use machine learning, blockchain, analytics, and Internet-of-Things (IoT) to transform the core of clients’ businesses so they can derive greater value from their SAP investments. For instance, the Infosys Centre for Emerging Technology Services (iCETS) has already developed capabilities for over 20 blockchain scenarios. Infosys also possesses an extensive IoT ecosystem along with sensor engineering expertise. Over the past two years, we have delivered more than 150 IoT projects for manufacturing, energy and utilities, and resources and automotive industries, helping clients realize tangible and significant benefits from IoT-led digital transformation.
Now, with the launch of the SAP Leonardo Partner Medallion Initiative, Infosys is leveraging its IPs and in-depth knowledge of SAP and technology to build innovative solutions on the SAP Leonardo platform. Our SAP Co-Innovation Lab (COIL) provides a structured and guided approach to migrate existing solutions in addition to developing innovative solutions with shorter time-to-market and at reduced risk across the entire SAP portfolio.
One such solution is the Infosys Smart Supply Chain that combines blockchain and IoT to overcome issues of trust and transparency in traditional supply chains. The solution improves visibility into goods, assures regulatory compliance and enables sensible logistics routing. Another SAP COIL-developed solution, the Infosys Clinical Trial Supply Management solution provides life sciences organizations with higher visibility across the clinical trial supply chain, creating faster supply chains with shorter clinical trial cycles.
