Upgrade from version SAP S/4HANA 2019 to SAP S/4HANA 2020 with minimal business impact.
The client planned to upgrade its SAP S/4HANA system from its current version 1909 to the latest SAP S/4HANA version 2020. This included upgrade of CFIN, SLT, MDG and BW4 systems hosted on SAP S/4HANA platform. Infosys addressed the impact of upgrade on As-is processes, tested and automated scripts and remediated objects apart from providing dual maintenance of objects in production.
