Accelerating CAA’s cloud journey with Infosys SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions

The Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) is one of the largest consumer-based organizations in Canada. They help provide freedom and peace of mind to over 6 million members through eight not-for-profit automobile clubs and over 100 offices located across the country. The clubs are responsible for providing roadside assistance, auto touring and leisure travel services, insurance services, and member discount programs within their service territories.

CAA had multiple disconnected and manual HR legacy systems. CAA wanted to focus on developing and implementing a digital HR system to enhance their employee experience across all stakeholders.

CAA decided to partner with Infosys based on its credibility in the Human Experience Management (HXM) domain, end-to-end support maintainability and implementation, vast global experience and scalability. Infosys implemented HR SuccessFactors as a platform, part of Infosys Cobalt and took the end-to-end accountability of CAA’s HR system right from licensing, implementation, maintenance and support of the system.
