Accelerating CCG’s Cloud Journey with Infosys SAP SuccessFactors HXM Solutions

For over a hundred years, CAA has been helping Canadians stay mobile, safe and protected. The CAA Club Group of Companies (CCG) is comprised of two automobile clubs, CAA South Central Ontario and CAA Manitoba, providing roadside assistance, travel, insurance, advocacy and member savings for over 2.5 million members. It also includes the CAA Insurance Company, a national property and casualty insurance company; Echelon Insurance, a national specialty insurer; and the Orion Travel Insurance Company.

CCG had multiple disconnected and manual HR legacy systems. CCG wanted to focus on developing and implementing a digital HR system to enhance their employee experience across all stakeholders.

CCG decided to partner with Infosys based on its credibility in the Human Experience Management (HXM) domain, end-to-end support maintainability and implementation, vast global experience and scalability. Infosys implemented HR SuccessFactors as a platform, part of Infosys Cobalt and took the end-to-end accountability of CCG’s HR system right from licensing, implementation, maintenance and support of the system.
