The Solution

SAP S/4HANA FMS rollout to multiple countries

Infosys conducted a pilot implementation of SAP S/4HANA Fashion module in Mexico. The aim was to enable global as well as Mexico-specific business functionalities across order management, inventory management and omni-channel allocation, thereby creating a single global financial system of record. This template, will be deployed globally.

Infosys used a release-based approach with a defined scope, whereby each release has multiple go-live dates for a country or a cluster of countries.

  • Deployed SAP S/4HANA version 1909 and SAP Solution Manager 7.2
  • Building an integrated Fiori launchpad with standard Fiori apps that support daily purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, FICO, and retail operations
  • SAP Cloud and SAP UI5 leveraged to access external vendors on-the-go with unified views​
