Defining the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and pilot conversion to S/4HANA 1809

Infosys evaluated the fitment of SAP S/4HANA for the client’s environment and assessed the business as well as technological impact by using the S/4Assist toolset.

After creating a detailed project plan for pilot conversion, Infosys performed many activities to streamline the cutover. This included remediating the custom code and minimizing data disruption among business partners. Our comprehensive assessment provided the client with clear insights into all of their options and the cost for each, empowering them to make the right decisions.

Infosys implemented the pilot conversion from ECC to SAP S/4HANA and defined the prerequisite projects needed to be deployed before the large-scale S/4HANA conversion.
