The client sought a mobile shopping presence to build on its customer base.
The client lacked a mobile shopping presence which led to loss of younger customers.
The client engaged Infosys to conceptualize and build a complete B2C solution that offered an enriched online shopping experience for customers and provided increased visibility to the company. The features of the solution included: simple user interface (UI) integrated to the client’s online store, which provides seamless transition from web-based interface to a mobile phone interface.
Other features included: Native smartphone features such as maps, GPS, HTTP handling, mail, phone, etc. along with integration with existing back-end APIs.
