Infosys rolled out a digital transformation initiative known as Compass leveraging the core capabilities of SAP S/4HANA. The program covered order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, manufacturing and finance, and control for the client’s eight manufacturing plants across North America, Europe and APAC.
The key objective of COMPASS was to design and implement standardized business processes. This was to maximize effectiveness, minimize cost, and provide a competitive advantage. This was achieved through an integrated supply chain solution that helped improve reporting and decision making.
