Infosys leveraged SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off and Time Sheet to transform the absence and attendance solution for 7 MENA countries. The solution involved deploying a user-friendly time management solution that enabled employees to easily record any type of absence, overtime, and allowances. The interface was intuitive, consumer grade, and enabled self-service across all devices including mobile phones.

The solution also introduced country-specific features such as public holiday calendars, accrual rules, and country-specific fields and business rules to help the client manage their multi-ethnic workforce on a single platform.
