The Solution

Harmonize, optimize, and transform the absence and attendance processes leveraging EC Time solution

Infosys leveraged SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off and Time Sheet to transform the absence and attendance solution for 7 MENA countries. The solution involved deploying a user-friendly time management solution that enabled employees to easily record any type of absence, overtime, and allowances. The interface was intuitive, consumer grade, and enabled self-service across all devices including mobile phones.

The solution also introduced country-specific features such as public holiday calendars, accrual rules, and country-specific fields and business rules to help the client manage their multi-ethnic workforce on a single platform.

  • Harmonized, optimized, and transformed absence and attendance processes
  • Adopted SAP best practices during process standardization
  • Introduced agile framework and pod structure to build the solution based on SAP Activate methodology using DevOps
  • Incorporated country-specific validations to cater to local requirements
  • Leveraged Online Report Designer (ORD) reports to gather absence, overtime, and allowance data for payroll processing
