IHH Healthcare is one of the world’s largest integrated healthcare providers, with 190 healthcare facilities across 10 countries and around 76,000 team members. As the group grows, operating across multiple markets, brands, systems, and regulatory environments creates increasing complexity, while patients and care teams expect experiences that are simpler, faster, and more connected.
To move from fragmented systems and processes to a unified digital foundation, IHH partnered with Infosys, drawing on its deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications and AI. This is not simply an ERP implementation or a technology refresh. It is a multi-country enterprise transformation that brings finance, procurement, supply chain, human capital management, and enterprise performance management onto one connected cloud platform.
The program rests on three pillars: technology, data, and AI. Modern technology simplifies and standardizes processes, integrated data provides greater visibility across the enterprise, and AI turns that data into relevant insights, better decisions, and more intuitive ways of working. By embedding AI into everyday workflows, IHH is reducing manual effort so that technology works quietly in the background rather than adding complexity for care teams.
The journey began in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, where IHH and Infosys are establishing a reusable enterprise template covering processes, data, governance, and delivery. Extended across IHH’s wider footprint, the template enables faster, lower-risk adoption and allows successful innovations and AI use cases to scale across markets.
