Johnson Controls' Global ERP Transformation with Infosys & Oracle Fusion

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building technology and solutions, began a major digital transformation in 2020 to adopt Oracle Fusion and move to the cloud, standardizing operations across their diverse business units.

Infosys, their strategic technology partner, initiated the Fusion Foundations program to create a global template and a targeted operating model. This standardization empowered Johnson Controls to leverage their shared service centers more effectively.

Infosys also helped develop the Installation Invoicing Module using Oracle VBCS technology, seamlessly integrating it with Johnson Controls’ application suite.
