Built-in dashboards track royalty amounts processed, pending calculations, and vendor summary trends, while a bill-generation flow turns calculated royalties directly into payable invoices. No additional licensing is required, and this royalty management software runs natively within the customer's existing NetSuite instance, integrated with NetSuite's revenue recognition.

Royalty Hub calculates royalties from revenue using configurable rate structures - flat amount, percentage-based, or tiered - mapped to specific actors, creators, or vendors and content categories. KPI widgets track royalty processed by month, royalty-to-be-calculated queues, and vendor summary trends, while a royalty-bills workflow consolidates calculated amounts into invoices ready for payment, with reminders for items still pending.
