Walkaroo implements digital strategy for omnichannel growth

Walkaroo Group, a leading and one of the largest polyurethane (PU) footwear manufacturer, wanted to increase its global footprint across e-commerce and brick-and-mortar stores.

The company partnered with Infosys to undertake a digital transformation. We devised a three-step road map to achieve business goals.

Infosys designed an omnichannel ecosystem for seamless customer engagement across online and offline channels. Our blueprint envisaged a redesign of the enterprise core, advanced automation, and a smart factory ecosystem. We established a Digital Center of Excellence for successful execution of the digital strategy.
