Infosys implements Oracle Talent Cloud for Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group LLC; reduces appraisal process costs by 50 percent
One of the fastest Oracle Talent Cloud implementations worldwide, and a global first to successfully use file-based loader
Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group LLC (KOJ), a premium retailer in the Middle East, needed to automate and harmonize its manual performance management processes, and create a transparent high-performance work culture for its employees. In addition, KOJ also wanted to streamline its IT investments through cloud for long-term cost effectiveness. After carefully evaluating various solutions, KOJ chose Oracle Talent Cloud to meet these objectives. Infosys had to implement it in time for KOJ's annual appraisal cycle, which was barely a few weeks away. The implementation resulted in a unified global solution in two languages for 3500+ employees across 6 countries. Besides providing production support and maintenance services with a super-flexible model, Infosys also implemented a co-existence between Oracle Talent Cloud and KOJ’s on-premise EBS HRMS.
In this video, Ian Halliwell, Group Human Resources Director, KOJ, and Thameem Rizvon, IT Director, KOJ, talk about their Oracle Talent Cloud implementation and how Infosys did it in just 32 working days, seamlessly collaborating with KOJ. They praised Infosys in-depth product knowledge, execution quality at high speed, and its cultural adaptability. KOJ won the Best Cloud Implementation award for this project at GITEX 2013 in Dubai, and Mr. Rizvon co-presented a paper about the implementation with Infosys at Oracle OpenWorld 2013 in USA.
