Small CPG companies in the era of digital transformation
CPG companies are undergoing massive disruption, and business models are expected to change significantly with the way consumer priorities are changing rapidly and continuously. The report "CPGs see AI as a solution to fast-changing consumer trends" shows that the European market is very volatile in the implementation of evolving customer requirements - the region is far above the global average (37 percent versus 26 percent ). In comparison to global trends, customers in Europe place an increasing value on environmentally friendly and sustainable brands and a reduced offer.
