Overview

The Infosys Communications, Media and Entertainment practice offers performance management solutions for wireless and wired networks delivering voice, video, data, and television services. We assess business processes and core system stacks using TM Forum’s Business Process Framework (eTOM)-based gap analysis tools to build solutions that monitor, report and analyze performance metrics. We incorporate mechanisms that alert stakeholders of threshold violations in traffic or network elements.

Our cloud-based big data and analytics solutions evaluate network events and usage data records to analyze network performance for managing faults and service. Detailed activity logs enable performance benchmarking and advanced root cause analysis of faults. We synchronize performance management applications with live operating systems, patches and file system structures to create an integrated network / service operations environment.
