We led a consortium of partners to demonstrate how data analytics, blockchain, Internet of Things and AI models can help predict demand, consumption and price as accurately as seasoned experts would, for trading companies to streamline their business trading and procurement process. The information was presented via a simple, intuitive dashboard that could be easily understood even by a non-technologist. At the heart of this game-changing innovation was Infosys Applied AI offerings.

As one of the early adopters of AI, getting started, converting ideas into real business cases, overcoming employees’ fear of automation, and ultimately scaling the applications of AI and automation across various functions of our enterprise were the challenges. Complying with all norms for ethical, responsible AI added to the complexity. With Infosys Applied AI, we navigated the journey end to end in a practical, collaborative and innovative manner.

Our customers are sophisticated, discerning consumers of professional haircare products who we engage in manifold ways to make each one feel unique. Our digital avatar project, shaped with Infosys Applied AI services, is a novel initiative we are undertaking using AI to create a virtual concierge guiding our customers through trends in hair care and matching them with the best suited products from our portfolio of industry leading brands and services.

In its endeavor to improve the operational availability and to reduce downtime of ship borne equipment, Infosys has successfully implemented AI-based Condition Monitoring System on one of ships constructed by GSL. The system uses state of the art diagnostics and prognostics model to assess and predict the health of critical equipment.

With our mortgage portfolio growing exponentially, we are keen to make sure that our customers can count on responsive services from us. We partnered with Infosys to draw on their Applied AI capabilities and intelligently automate our mortgage information extraction and audit process. Having significantly reduced manual efforts and rework, we are able to rapidly onboard new loan portfolios and enhance customer experience.

At Select Portfolio Servicing, we are digitally transforming our core business processes to realize our growth ambitions. One of our early wins was to automate and AI-power our mortgage information classification, extraction and audit process for accuracy of information to service the account.
